Terms of Service

Last updated 24 September 2026

These terms cover your use of ArchVision AI. By creating an account or generating anything with it, you agree to them.

What the service does

ArchVision AI generates architectural visuals from text briefs and reference images — interior and exterior renders, dimensioned floor plans, downloadable 3D models, walkthroughs and film. The work is done by third-party AI models, which means output quality varies and is never guaranteed to match what you pictured.

Your account

Use a real email address you control; it is how we deliver password resets and receipts, and an address that cannot receive mail will cut you off from your own account. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account.

One person, one account. Don’t share logins or resell access.

Free use, credits and billing

New accounts get a small number of free generations so you can judge the output before paying. Beyond that, generating costs credits, which come with a subscription or can be bought as a top-up. Each generation type has its own cost, shown before you run it.

Payments, subscriptions and renewals are handled by Gumroad, under Gumroad’s own terms. We never see your card. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you cancel through Gumroad — cancelling stops future charges and leaves your access running to the end of the period already paid for.

Credits are consumed when a generation runs. If a generation fails through a fault on our side, email support@archvision-ai.com and we will restore the credits. We do not otherwise refund credits already spent, because the cost of running the model is incurred at that moment. Prices can change; changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.

What you upload

You keep ownership of the briefs and images you upload. You give us permission to process them and pass them to the providers listed in the Privacy Policy for the sole purpose of producing your output.

Only upload material you have the right to use. Don’t upload anything unlawful, anything that infringes someone else’s work, or photographs of people who haven’t agreed to being used this way.

What you generate

As between you and us, the files you generate are yours, including for commercial use in your own projects, pitches and portfolios.

Two honest caveats. The underlying model providers impose their own terms on generated material, and those apply on top of ours. And AI output is not reliably unique — another user can produce something similar from a similar brief — so we cannot promise exclusivity or that any output is free of third-party rights. For anything with legal or commercial weight, check the output before you rely on it.

Fair use of the service

Don’t use ArchVision AI to:

  • produce unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit material
  • impersonate a real person or business, or generate anything deceptive
  • get around credit limits, share one account across a team, or resell access
  • scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service

We can suspend or close an account that does these things. Where it’s reasonable to do so, we’ll tell you why first.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is. We depend on third-party AI providers and on hosting we don’t control, so we can’t promise uninterrupted availability, and generations can fail or queue. We’ll keep it running as best we can, but we don’t guarantee it.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profits, lost projects, lost time. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you are a consumer you keep your statutory rights.

Ending it

You can stop using the service whenever you like, cancel through Gumroad, and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@archvision-ai.com. We may close accounts that breach these terms, or withdraw the service, giving reasonable notice where we can.

Changes, law and contact

If these terms change materially we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
