ArchVision AI turns your briefs and reference images into renders, plans, 3D models and film. Doing that means handling what you upload and sending it to the AI providers that do the work. This page says exactly what is collected, where it goes, and how to get it back or removed.

What we collect

Account
Your email address, the username you choose, and a password stored only as a bcrypt hash — we never hold your password itself. If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google instead.
What you create
The prompts you write, the reference images you upload, and the files generated from them, along with the settings and credit cost of each generation.
Subscription
Your plan tier, credit balance, and the sale and subscriber identifiers Gumroad gives us. We never see or store your card details — those go to Gumroad and stay there.
How you arrived
If you reach us from an advertisement or a link, we record the campaign parameters in that link, the referring site and the page you landed on, so we can tell which advertising is worth paying for.
Technical
Sign-in sessions and, if you request one, a short-lived password reset token.

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.

Who we send it to

To generate anything, your prompt and any images you upload must be sent to the provider that runs the model. These are the only companies that receive your data, and each receives only what its job requires:

Replicate
Prompts and uploaded images, to produce renders, plans and video.
Meshy
Prompts and images, to produce 3D models and their materials.
Aspose
Generated drawings, to convert them into CAD file formats.
Vercel
Hosting, and storage of your uploads and generated files.
Neon
The database holding your account and generation history.
Resend
Delivery of account email such as password resets.
Gumroad
Payments, subscriptions and receipts. Gumroad handles card data directly.
Google
Only if you choose to sign in with Google.

These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the service. Their own terms govern what they may do with material passed to them, and several are based outside your country, so your data may be processed abroad.

How long we keep it

Your account and the work in it are kept for as long as the account exists, because the app’s purpose is to let you come back to what you made. Generated files stay available until you delete them or the account is closed. Password reset tokens expire shortly after they are issued.

Your choices

You can change your password and view everything stored against your account from the dashboard at any time.

To get a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account and its contents deleted, email support@archvision-ai.com from the address on the account. We will action deletion requests within 30 days. There is no self-service delete button yet — the request goes to a person, and that person is the owner of this site.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights over your personal data, including the right to object to processing or to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

ArchVision AI is a professional tool and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will remove it.
